Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of puravidalashandskin.com (the “Site”), operated by Deanne Hamilton, doing business as Pura Vida Lash & Skin (“Pura Vida,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: misuse forms or the skin quiz or send spam; attempt to access systems or data without permission; interfere with the Site’s operation; or scrape or copy the Site’s content in bulk.

2. Information on the Site

We work to keep Site content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Services, products, hours, and availability may change without notice and are confirmed when you book or contact us. Before-and-after photos and testimonials show individual experiences; results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

3. Not medical advice

Content on the Site, including treatment descriptions and skin quiz results, is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Quiz results are a suggested starting point for a consultation, not a recommendation that a treatment is right or safe for you. Using the Site, taking the quiz, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create a provider–client relationship; your treatment plan is decided during an in-person consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use Site forms or messaging for urgent needs.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Pura Vida Lash & Skin text messages. When you give us your mobile number, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders and replies to your questions. If you separately check the box to opt in to marketing texts, you may also receive specials and promotions, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call or text (208) 940-2541, or send us a message.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Financing

Payment plans shown on our Finance Options page are offered by Cherry Technologies, Inc. and its lending partners, not by Pura Vida. Applications, approvals, rates, and payments are governed by Cherry’s own terms and privacy policy. Examples shown are not offers of credit.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, graphics, logos, photos, and design are owned by Deanne Hamilton / Pura Vida Lash & Skin or its licensors and are protected by law. Product names and logos (such as ZO Skin Health, Epicutis, HydraFacial, and Procell) belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse Site content without our written permission, except for sharing links or brief quotes with attribution.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed services run by others, such as Google Maps, Cherry financing, and review and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deanne Hamilton / Pura Vida Lash & Skin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to the services we provide to you in the studio, which are covered by your consultation and any consent forms you sign.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Lemhi County, Idaho, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
